Photo Essay – View from a Manly Ferry.

It’s a beautiful Sydney Winters Day, perfect for a College Tourist Ambassador to take a Ferry ride over to Manly from Sydney’s Circular Quay

The Manly Ferry takes a picturesque 30 minutes from Circular Quay and provides a fabulous view of Sydney Harbour. Manly Beach is situated on a peninsula surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the harbor.  Once there visitors can enjoy the many beaches and festivals offered. Manly beach was named by Captain Arthur Phillip for the Indigenous people living there. He wrote about them “Their confidence and manly behavior made me give the name of Manly Cove to this place”
