Personally, I have a hard time waking up on campus in the morning. I always end up sleeping a bit too late, rushing through my morning routine, and sometimes even skipping breakfast. It starts the day on a completely wrong foot and I just feel tired during work and class.

Vanilla Coffee Protein Shake
Make the first coffee of the day really count! Create a cool fluffy coffee shake with your favorite protein powder and vanilla almond milk. • 1 cup short grain brown rice
• 3 cups almond milk or milk of choice + 1 cup (divided)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2-3 tablespoons of organic cane sugar or coconut palm sugar
